As a Collegiate Chapter of the American Marketing Association, the Central Marketing Association of Central Connecticut State University aims to provide a comprehensive experience for students of all majors to learn and apply the fundamentals of marketing to their personal and professional lives through professional events, community service, and networking.
What is the AMA?
The American Marketing Association is a community for marketers across the country to be able to connect with one another. The association was founded in 1937, and currently has 76 professional chapters and 250 collegiate chapters across the United States.
As the global leader in marketing knowledge, the American Marketing Association hosts a broad range of conferences, pieces of training, and virtual events catering to marketers, researchers, and academicians in all stages of careers.
No other organization provides more ways for marketers and academics to connect with the people and resources they need to be successful.
Central Marketing Association meets once every other Monday at 12:30 pm virtually via Microsoft teams due to social distancing guidelines. To be added to the club link a CCSU email is required, and more involvement can lead to more meeting opportunities subject to change.
